Description
The Sea of Sand is a vivid visual document showing a contemporary adventure to penetrate the largest desert in the world and the greatest expanse of sand on earth ; the Empty quarter. The film reflects the nature of sand dunes and the types of wind which blow on that desert. It also sheds the light on the wildlife and vegetation of the desert as well as the social life of the Bedouins and their natural lifestyle in such an arid desert. The film also shows the obstacles and hurdles the production team had to face during the adventure of penetrating such a vast and arid desert.
